Plus, the My Memories folks are so helpful. If you have a question, just post it on the My Memories facebook page and someone will answer it immediately. Either another user or the My Memories staff. I had a problem last night with my software. Completely my fault, nothing to do with the software. I contacted tech support and they patiently told me how to fix the problem right away!
