Eye Relaxation Pillows

I have just uploaded (Monday night) a whole boat-load of Eye Relaxation Pillows into my Etsy Shop.

I just love these Eye Relaxation Pillows and I love how well they work. I personally have a Lavender and Peppermint and a Eucalyptus and Peppermint Eye Relaxation Pillow in my Freezer right now and a Lavender one in closet.
They are just lovely to keep on hand for when those headaches hit. First, they block out the light, which is a big issue when I have a headache. Next, they contain herbs and essential oils that aid in releiving headaches, insomnia, stress, tension, etc.

They are great cool or heated up, too! I like to keep my Lavender and Peppermint and Eucalyptus and Lavender in the freezer mainly because these are the pillows I use when I get really bad headaches. When I have a really bad headache, I want everything cool, quiet and dark. This pillow will help with 2 out of those 3.

They can be heated up in the microwave, too! This is great to relieve stress, or if you are having a difficult time falling asleep. Especially on a cold winters' night! Lavender is known to help fight insomnia and stress.

They also can be used as is, of course! Usually I use my Lavender Eye Relaxation Pillow at room temperature.
These make great gifts! Especially if you have a whole group to buy for! I can customize them! Plus, I gift bulk discounts! Contact me to order or visit my Etsy Shop!

To Use:
*Lean back and place pillow over your eyes.
*Can be placed in the microwave for a deeper relaxation. **Do NOT overheat**
*Place in freezer for a cool effect.
*Keep in plastic bag while not in use to retain the scent longer (do not microwave in bag). Also, rubbing will bring the scent out more.
Even though it is great warm or cool, I prefer the eye relaxation pillows mostly at room temperature.
My Eye Relaxation Pillows Contain: Rice, Herbs and Essential Oils (depending on which one you order depends on what herbs and essential oils.)
