Nutrition, Movement, Meditation=Radiant Goddess

Today is the last day to sign up for The Radiant Goddess eCourse.

I'm joining in, and if it's right for you, I hope you join in, too!

My Story:

I have been overweight my entire life.  I have been a yo-yo dieter, I have lost as much as 80 pounds at one time, just to gain 100+ back.  I lose some, I gain it.  I have felt major hate towards my body.

So far, I have been lucky to be healthy.  I don't have diabetes; I don't have high cholesterol; I don't have any medical issues.  But I sort of feel like a ticking time bomb, to be honest.

At this point, I have completely accepted my body as it is.  I'm happy.  Not only have I accepted it, but I actually like it.

A body is just the vehicle we get around in.  I am so much more than that.

Why do I want to change, then?

I'm not necessarily trying to lose weight.  However, I want to run in the wind.  I want to hike for miles and not lose my breath.  I don't want to get tired when I'm taking a walk.  I don't want to be restricted in my life just because of my weight.

I want to nurture my body.

Not only that, but I don't trust the food that I eat.  I have seen the reports, movies, etc.  I put them out of my head while I'm eating a cheeseburger, but I would prefer not to be grossed out by what I'm putting into my body.

I want to be radiant!  I want to glow!

What I am going to do.

I'm taking the The Radiant Goddess eCourse starting tomorrow!  (Today is the last day to sign up, if you are interested!)

I'm going to take it all in and make as many changes as I can.

I'm going to not beat myself up for messing up.

I'm going to incorporate movement and good nutrition into my daily life.

I hope you'll join me!  The Radiant Goddess eCourse

(Disclaimer:  I do receive a small amount of money if you do join the Radiant Goddess eCourse through here.  I am taking part and every word I wrote in this post is true.  I wouldn't suggest it if I didn't believe it would help you, as I believe it will help me!)

Good for you for making the decision to improve your health and your life. There is a mind-body-spirit connection.I made the decision to eat much more natural organic foods several months ago and I feel much better. More fresh veggies, less processed,preservative-laden foods. Also less artificial sweeteners, more water. It dies a body good!
